STRETCH GOAL UNLOCKED: TIME FOR BIG BUSINESS
almost 5 years ago – Fri, Jun 18, 2021 at 01:02:13 AM

Ding, ding, ding! Do you know what that noise is? Indeed, you have unlocked a new stretch goal! And be careful, because we are facing one of the most powerful jobs in Scarface 1920.

The basic game has 38 jobs, but during the campaign number 39 (Prison Escape) and number 40 (Increased Security) have already been unlocked. Now, thanks to the support Scarface 1920 is receiving, we have job number 41, entitled "Hidden Warehouse".

Hidden Warehouse means business, big business. Although the requirements to activate it are very high (use 5 muscle and pay 4 dollars), so is its reward. This job is placed under one of your dealers and it is automatically able to store five additional resources (alcohol and weapons). In addition, with this magnificent job you will also open a communication channel between your neighborhoods and your dealer, which will allow you to transfer resources from one place to another.

Remember that Scarface 1920 players will be able to carry out jobs of different types, some permanent and others instant, that will have an impact on the power of the gang, on the strength they have in the neighborhoods or on their political influence, among other things.

PS: By the way, sorry for the pace of updates. Our intention was to publish an update for every stretch goal, which in the first 48 hours has meant an excess of communication on our part. Now that the pace of the campaign is stabilizing, I think we will all be more comfortable with these communications. See you at the next stretch goal!

STRETCH GOAL UNLOCKED: MORE MEN IN THE STREETS FOR ST. CLAIR
almost 5 years ago – Thu, Jun 17, 2021 at 09:45:50 PM

Less than 24 hours ago we presented you the third thug model for Al Capone's band, The Chicago Outfit. And then you could already think that more would come...

Well, here is the third thug model for the Black Wolves Gang, that is, for the men under command of Stephanie St. Clair. As you can see, this is the profile of a man that you would never like to meet in a Chicago alley in the 1920s.

Like all those from Scarface 1920, the new miniature is the work of Bigchild Creatives, who has managed to capture the essence of the guys that will populate the Chicago board: men who first shoot and then ask.

By the way, do not suffer because soon you will be able to unlock the stretch goals of the following thug models of the remaining bands. And after that ... wow, what do we have in store for after that...

KICKSTARTER EXCLUSIVE: WELL DONE, OFFICER!
almost 5 years ago – Thu, Jun 17, 2021 at 09:43:46 PM

Have we already told you that in the universe of Scarface 1920 there is almost no one clean? Not judges, not politicians, not pharmacists, not, of course, the police. In fact, one of the most interesting dealers in the game, and that you have just unlocked, is a police member.

A dealer is someone that a player makes a deal with in order to increase their supplies of alcohol and guns, as well as to improve their storage capacity for these materials. In that sense, "Police Captain" is one of the most interesting dealers in Scarface 1920, since he is, together with the Army Officer, the biggest source of guns in the game.

As you can see, in addition to offering storage for one of your supplies (alcohol or weapons), if you use 2 muscle you can get three guns in exchange. And believe me, guns are a lot harder to get than alcohol in 1920s Chicago.

By the way, when I said that there is almost no one clean, it is literally like this: the only figure from Scarface 1920 that cannot be bought with money is that of Eliot Ness and his Untouchables.

STRETCH GOAL UNLOCKED: THE FIFTH NEIGHBORHOOD
almost 5 years ago – Thu, Jun 17, 2021 at 04:51:12 AM

Do you remember when I told you that, thanks to everyone's efforts, you had unlocked a fourth neighborhood for Scarface 1920? Well, forget it, because now there are five types of neighborhoods in the game. Congratulations!

As we told you, the neighborhoods are an essential part of Scarface 1920 because, among other things, they serve to store alcohol and guns, as well as to carry out the sales of these goods. Each neighborhood has an indicator printed on the tile itself (barrels and weapons) where the number of goods that you have to deliver to carry out the sales is specified.

With this new stretch goal, players will have a fifth neighborhood with its own sales formula, which means that Scarface 1920 will have (even) more variety in each game. But enough of the chatting, we are going to unlock a new stretch goal!

STRETCH GOAL UNLOCKED: MORE MEN IN THE STREETS FOR CAPONE
almost 5 years ago – Thu, Jun 17, 2021 at 04:50:06 AM

Wow, this is going really fast… You know you just unlocked a new goal, right? Indeed: a new model of thugs for Al Capone's gang, The Chicago Outfit.

The base Scarface 1920 game came with a different thug model for each gang, four models in total. Thanks to everyone's efforts, in just 12 hours we unlocked the second thug model for all gangs (you can see updates 2, 5, 8 and 11). Well, it is obvious that you are looking forward to more spectacular miniatures, since you have just unlocked the third model of thug for The Chicago Outfit, the Italian-American band led by Al Capone. Cool, right?

Remember that each gang is made up of 12 thugs, among others. That means The Chicago Outfit now has 12 thugs from three different models, all developed by the Bigchild Creatives team. Do you like your new toy?
