STRETCH GOAL UNLOCKED: NEW THUGS FOR O’BANION!
almost 3 years ago – Thu, Jun 17, 2021 at 03:57:59 AM

Friends of Kickstarter, we have reached one of the highlights of the campaign. First of all, congratulations! Let me explain...

Thanks to your support, the second model of North Side Mob thugs has been unlocked, the band of Irishmen led by Dean O’Banion. And that is key for two reasons: 1) the new mini for the thugs is awesome, as you can see; 2) ALL the Scarface 1920 gangs already have a second model of thugs on the map.

Can you imagine if there was a third thug model for each of the gangs? Made by Bigchild Creatives and as spectacular as the previous models that you have already unlocked? Well be careful because in Scarface 1920 dreams can come true.

KICKSTARTER EXCLUSIVE: BY ORDER OF THE PEAKY BLINDERS!
almost 3 years ago – Wed, Jun 16, 2021 at 02:45:56 AM

When Thomas Shelby disembarked, a Cadillac was waiting for him by the harbor. "Get in Mr. Shelby", said a man in a suit with a heavy Italian accent. "And you too...", he said referring to the red-haired man next to Tommy. "I'm Arthur Shelby, and who the hell are you?" “Arthur,” said Thomas, “don't be rude. Please take us to your boss...”

The Cadillac drove into the heart of Chicago. The man in a suit drove fast and without saying a word. He occasionally looked through the rearview mirror at the Shelbys: Thomas, always thoughtful; and Arthur impatiently wiped the sweat from his forehead and cursing in low voice. Suddenly, the car slowed and turned into a narrow alley. At the end of the street, a group of men dressed in black, and probably armed to the teeth, looked at them. One of them made a gesture and a warehouse’s door was opened. And there, leaning against the front of a wooden table and smoking a huge cigar, was him, the man they had come to see from Birmingham.

"You must be Mr. Capone", Thomas said, as Arthur looked around him and searched for possible escape routes. “And you are the famous Thomas Shelby. Please sit down. I'm sure we have a lot in common”, Scarface said.

Can you imagine a scene like this? Well, it will take place in Scarface 1920, but only for those who have backed the project, because they have just unlocked... a new Kickstarter exclusive! This is the Peaky Blinders Dealer Card, a very valuable card: it does not allow storage, but in exchange you can use your influence to get two barrels or two weapons in exchange. Very helpful to make sure the alcohol does not stop flowing in your speakeasies or to be armed in case the thing gets ugly...

STRETCH GOAL UNLOCKED: TAKE CARE OF YOUR MONEY
almost 3 years ago – Wed, Jun 16, 2021 at 02:44:54 AM

Did you know that Al Capone was not caught by a federal, despite the multiple murders he was involved with, but by a tax inspector? Scarface taught us the importance of taking good care of your finances. And for that, nothing better than the new stretch goal that you have just unlocked: the Bookkeeper card. That is, one different Bookkeeper for each gang, 4 in total. Congratulations!

In Scarface 1920, players must build the most notorious gang in Chicago. For this, they will have their Right Hands, who form the backbone of the gang along with the boss; and with Associates, criminals of different categories and levels that each player will be able to contract in a common market.

Within the Gang Members, some will be part of the players' initial deck and others, such as the Bookkeeper, will be added as the game progresses and the power of the gang grows.

The Bookkeeper, Al Capone well knows, is one of the most powerful cards in Scarface 1920, and each time it comes into action it will allow the player to pick up a new dealer and pocket goods (alcohol and weapons). The Feds will keep an eye on you, but you know that in this corrupt Chicago, for a handful of dollars almost everyone can look the other way...

STRETCH GOAL UNLOCKED: NEW THUGS FOR ROTHSTEIN!
almost 3 years ago – Wed, Jun 16, 2021 at 02:41:12 AM

Et voilà! Here comes the second model of thugs for the third gang of Scarface 1920, in this case The Seven Gems. Mr. Rothstein will be as delighted as miniature lovers, because look what a beauty ...

Developed by Bigchild Creatives, the new mini from The Seven Gems arrives with his menacing rifle and bushy beard on the streets of Chicago. As you know, thugs are the muscle of the gang on the streets, those guys capable of executing their boss's orders without asking too many questions. Unscrupulous people, yes, but at the end of the day there is a war to win...

Congratulations backers! I'm not spoiling too much if I say that it would be a shame if the fourth gang were to run out of their second model of thugs, right? Come on, a little nudge, I already see a new mini out there coming for the Irish band...

STRETCH GOAL UNLOCKED: NEW THUGS FOR ST. CLAIR!
almost 3 years ago – Wed, Jun 16, 2021 at 12:40:04 AM

Do you remember what I told you in the first stretch goal? Yeah, the thing about Al Capone's gang getting a new model of thug? Well, Stephanie St. Clair didn't want to be less...

Congratulations! From now on, thanks to a community effort, The Black Wolves Gang, led by that cyclone of nature called Stephanie St. Clair, has a new model of thug in the streets of Chicago. Look how wonderful...

Obviously, like all the Scarface 1920 minis, this is the work of Bigchild Creatives, who has managed to capture the essence of these characters: tough guys, action and few words, ready to give it all when told to.

By the way, to see these thugs on the Chicago board, players will have to follow a process: first they are recruited, then they go to the safehouses and from there to the headquarters, where they wait for the boss's orders.
